Until now all Quinoa dishes required boiling for 10-15 minutes and were not reasonable to take along as backcountry dishes.  To our knowledge we offer one of the only Quinoa dishes which can be prepared by simply adding hot water and waiting 10-12 minutes!  This all Veggie dish adds just the right energy and an excellent flavor profile to keep you going strong!  It’s excellent alone as a main dish, and we have enjoyed it on crackers and pitas as well!
