Dans ces efforts, ce sont les personnes et les projets qui sont le plus important, pas Katadyn. Katadyn aide de manière désintéréssée.
Les projets soutenus par Katadyn ne se limitent pas à une seule cause. Katadyn apporte son soutien en fonction de la qualité du projet et de sa capacité à répondre à certains critères. Ces critères sont, entre autres, un impact humain, la fiabilité des partenaires qui sponsorisent et la viabilité des projets. Katadyn possède des fonds internes pour soutenir de tels projets.
